The Guinea Pig Speaks

Hi effuryone. First of all we want to thank everyone for their posts on Muffin's Gotcha Day. Mommy read them and her eyes got all leaky. She misses Muffy so much. So do I.

I want to respond to a few things Raja (aka Princess Kitty) said about me in her next-to-last post. First of all, I do so know what a movie is. Mommy and I watch them all the time. Raja could too, if she wasn't out catting around. Second, Ms. Pukey-Wookie can't blame me if she hurls. Instead of taking a gentle nibble of kibble she wolfs down the whole bowl. At least one a week she throws it back up. Then she re-eats it. Disgusting.

Finally, I think she's just jealous that Mommy holds me. Mommy would hold her too, but she hates being picked up. Mommy thinks this is because someone picked her up,shoved her into a carrier and dumped her at the shelter. Mmmy is being very patient with her. She's an affectinate cat, but traumatized, blah, blah, blah.Hey, we all have our hang-ups.
Thank you for listening.

Squeak,squeak, purrr.

Hmmm. When you speak, you say what's on your mind, don't you.

It's no wonder your mom's eyes were all leaky thinking of Muffy.

i think there is always going to be some sibling rivalry between the furry kids. it is just how it is!

Raja is probably like i was when i first came here. she is so afraid the food will disappear before she is finished she gulps it. that fear can also come from sporadic feedings at the shelter.

maybe feed her smaller portions more times a day?

We're with KC! pictures of both you furries are demanded! you can take your film to the store and get it turned into a disc and upload from there...

I am hoping that Raja eventually learns that being held is great fun. It can take quite some time, as it did with Millie. A little jealousy in this case may be a good thing, as Raja may want to try it herself, as she sees how much Midi enjoys it.

Ya know what? YOU don't get to sleep on da bed all nite wif da beans. Efur. Raja should take adfantage of dat.
Bein held is only so-so, but gettin squished atween bean an chair arm is grate! Raja should try jumpin up an walkin round on da furniture. We make ourselves "purrin headrests" fur Mom at her puter, too.
Purrs,
Victor
