MadCat Monday

I am mad. Mommy and Granny went out to breakfast at McDonald's and they didn't bring me anything. Aren't I a part of this family? Don't I get to sample what they eat? Then they went shopping for two hours. That's almost all day. I was stuck in the house with the guinea pig. Okay,
so cats aren't allowed in the stores. And I don't like to go to strange places. But they still left me
alone. I want to be compensated. I want some extra treats.

Didn't they give you extra treats when they got back home? Mom always feels guilty when she has been gone all day and I get extra treats!

Tsk, tsk, the gang here agrees it's not fair not to get any treats or share in the shopping--although sometimes they are delighted with the snacks we bring home for them! Just wanted to say how much I appreciate your supportive comments during my dark days and the advice too. We're looking into NJ Family Care and if we can't get that, we'll look into Medicaid. I should not forget that there is always hope, even on the darkest days! :)

You deserve some extra treats for being left all alone for so long.

Oh, Muffin! That's so unfair! You should have gotten some bacon off of a "bacon-egg-an' cheese biscuit" at least! I suggest a mutiny or something!

Hi Muffin,
I hope you don't feel too bad about not getting any treats from McD's. Your food is much healthier...Trust me on this! But yes, you are within your rights to demand compensation for being left alone. Demand extra attention, and do not let up until you get it!
